The 14th Star Awards

Star Awards is organized to provide university and college students nationwide with an English-language academic playground, while helping young people broaden their social knowledge, strengthen presentation and critical-thinking skills, and prepare for future study and career opportunities.

Since 2017, Star Awards has officially become a nationwide academic competition jointly organized by six university clusters: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, Thai Nguyen and Can Tho. Wilmar CLV and the Simply brand are proud to have accompanied the competition for many seasons.

Following the 2025 season with 151,931 contestants and 394 video entries, the 15th Star Awards will take place from September to December 2026 and will be hosted by the University of Danang. Under the theme “Z Start-up Competition: Craft to Rise”, the competition encourages students to develop start-up projects inspired by local materials or designed to create direct value for regional products, cultural identity and local communities.

Across Starship, Be The Star, Starplus, Starlight and the National Final, contestants will use English to demonstrate knowledge, creativity, research and development, commercialization, business strategy and real-world problem-solving skills.
